Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Skindepth Perth appointment times are reserved specifically for you, therefore we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Skindepth Perth requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or changes.

• Cancellations or rescheduling with more than 48 hours' notice can have the booking fee transferred to a future appointment, held as a credit, or refunded upon request.
• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the $70 booking fee being forfeited.
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice will also result in the booking fee being forfeited.
• For prepaid treatments or packages, a treatment may be forfeited where less than 48 hours' notice is provided.
