Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)

Hair Reduction

Skindepth Perth use the state of the art Venus Versa multi-function IPL is a which provides a wide range of non-invasive advanced dermal procedures.

Laser hair removal works by delivering light to the pigment (melanin) in the hair which absorbs the light that the IPL generates. The light energy is transformed into heat, which disables the skin's hair-producing follicles so that future hair development is inhibited or delayed.

IPL for hair removal can be used on almost every part of the body. Individual needs vary widely, but we find the most commonly requested areas by women are the legs, face, arms, underarms, and bikini area, while men typically request the back, chest, and shoulders.
