The treatment
Medical Collagen or Poly-L-Lactic Acid actives the skin’s natural regenerative process with collagen injections and help replenish lost collagen to gradually restore facial tissue over time.
This treatment is fast becoming the aesthetic industries go-to approach for natural and rejuvenating results. Poly-L-Lactic is delivered under the skin, and helps give back your youthful bounce.
Aftercare is of utmost importance and requires clients to massage the treatment area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day for 5 days.
As we age, the natural collagen in our skin deteriorates, and increasing sun exposure might increase this process. The natural collagen in the skin can be replenished with collagen injections which make the skin look smoother and plumper. Clients can receive collagen injections to soften creases around the mouth, jawline and cheeks as well as hands to reduce the appearance of ageing.
Collagen injections can also be used to reduce the appearance of any facial heaviness, scarring and minimise unwanted deep creases. Medical collagen injections are not an instant results, and take approximately 4 weeks to start seeing results, these results are gradual. Clients continue seeing results up to 12 weeks and onwards.
